Grateful

I woke up this morning feeling incredibly grateful. It's A Great Time To Sell!

Why is it a great time to sell? The reason for this is because the prices are looking like they will come down once the new mortgage rules come in January 1, 2018. Home prices will potentially go down by 15% meaning someone that has been pre-approved to purchase a home at $800,000 would now be in the $600,000 range.
