Brooks farm

Located just east of Mount Albert, Brooks Farms is a family run farm market and barnyard playland. From February to October families can experience their unique festivals and events and explore the 10 acres of outdoor space. From wagon rides to spooky themed nights, they have it all!

The ROC

Commonly known as “York Region’s Adventure Headquarters,” the ROC offers an abundance of winter, fall, spring and summer activities for the family to enjoy. Home to the town of Georgina, the outdoor campus is an affordable spot to explore, with a variety of beginner and advanced opportunities.

Riverwalk Commons

Newmarket’s Riverwalk Commons, located outside the Newmarket Community Centre, is a unique space that includes a skating rink in the winter and a splash pad during the summer months. Additionally, the community space features an outdoor stage to host year-round events, such as outdoor movies and weekly concerts.


Bruce’s Mill

Home to hiking trails, playgrounds, a driving range, treetop trekking, Maple Syrup Festival and facilities for private functions, Bruce’s Mill conservation park is packed with fun activities for the family. Whether you’re looking to trek through the treetops or relax in their picturesque picnic spots, Bruce’s Mill is an affordable destination to bring the family to, located just off Highway 404, in Whitchurch-Stouffville.
