Hidden Gems: Spectacular Fall Views

There is still time to get to the park with your family before winter comes and you head for the hills (literally … the ROC has a giant skiing/snowboarding/tubing hill).

Georgina is abundant with parks, beaches, and sometimes a combination of both. And right now is the perfect time to visit our top 3 hidden gems!

72 West Park Heights, Keswick

The name of the park says it all. Overlooking Cook’s Bay, Vista Park offers breaktaking views of the changing fall colours. Also accessible via McMillan Drive.

9 Windy Shore Dr., Keswick

This gorgeous park was fully renovated in 2014 and offers a modern playground, picnic tables nestled amongst trees, and even a small beach. Sitting on the water’s edge, residents enjoy a clear view of the tree-lined lake.

775 Lake Dr. N., Roches Point

This cute, smaller park neighbours larger destinations like Willow Beach and De La Salle Park. Large shady trees and a rocky shoreline give the park a more private, quiet appeal. It also provides for fantastic views while enjoying the park’s amenities.
